Adopted in 2018, the Community Standards Bylaw 1194 sets out the regulations for the control of public nuisances (such as noise, unsightly properties, derelict vehicles, boulevard maintenance, etc.) into one comprehensive bylaw which regulates the conduct and activities of citizens on privately owned property and immediately adjacent areas in order to promote the safe, enjoyable and reasonable use of such property for the benefit of all citizens of Sparwood.
Zoning Bylaw 264 regulates the use of land within the District. This includes areas for specific use, the size and location of structures and regulations regarding specific activities.
