Daniel PT Homes Ltd and Centennial Ventures Ltd. have applied for a Development Variance Permit (DVP) for Elk Valley Mobile Home Park (EVMHP).
The goal of the application is to address the mobile home park in its current state while allowing for new development. This DVP will allow the park owners and residents to apply for building permits to replace existing homes, make new additions or decks, and build accessory buildings within the park.
