The Sparwood and District Chamber of Commerce (the "Chamber") provides access to provincial government programs, business counseling and a referral to other agencies that provide assistance to businesses. Basic business information related to starting a new business, expanding an existing one or solving an operating problem is available. The function of the Chamber is to provide a first point of contact for the above services to potential and existing entrepreneurs.

As economic conditions and trends in the business landscape reshape the strategy, operations and success of businesses across the province and around the country, the operating environment of the Chamber is also changing, along with its focus, its directions and its operation.
