Individual consultants, businesses or companies with proven experience and expertise with nuisance mosquito control programs are invited to submit detailed proposals setting out one or more means by which the goals, objectives and other requirements of this request may be best met.
Proposals will be received either in a sealed envelope or may be submitted by email in PDF format to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: “Request for Proposal: NUISANCE MOSQUITO CONTROL PROGRAM”. The envelope should be clearly marked with the name and address of the proponent, the name of the Project: “Request for Proposal: NUISANCE MOSQUITO CONTROL PROGRAM” and be addressed to Danny Dwyer, Director of Engineering, no later than 13:59:59 (MST), Thursday December 6, 2018 (the “Closing Deadline”), at the following address:

The Work generally involves a larvicide program to control nuisance mosquitos under an existing Pesticide Management Plan (PMP) (with modification if required) over a remaining two-year period.

It is anticipated that the project will be awarded in December 2018 or January 2019.
As it is the purpose of the District of Sparwood to obtain a proposal most suitable to the interests of the District of Sparwood, the District has the right to waive any irregularity or insufficiency in a proposal submitted and to accept the proposal which is deemed most favorable to the interest of the District of Sparwood.
