Council for the District of Sparwood will, at the Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on July 21, 2014, consider a resolution issuing a Development Variance Permit on LOT 121 DL 4589 KD PLAN 6786 (441 Engelmann Spruce Drive), to allow for a reduction in the front yard requirement to facilitate the construction of a covered front porch as detailed in the application, that would:
Vary Section 3.2.2.B.(i) of Zoning Bylaw No. 264, 1981 to reduce the minimum front yard from 7.62 m (25’) to 5.79 m (19’), a difference of 1.83 m (6’).
