DVP Consideration: 1292 Pinyon Court

Council for the District of Sparwood will, at the Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on May 20, 2014, consider a resolution issuing a Development Variance Permit on LOT 129 DL 6251 KD PLAN 13055 (1292 Pinyon Court), to allow for construction of a detached accessory building as outlined in the application, that would vary:

1) Section 3.2.2.C.(i), Minimum building and structure side yard requirement, is reduced from 1.52 m (5 ft) to 0.91 m (3 ft), a difference of 0.61 m (2 ft); and
2) Section 3.2.2.D.(i), Minimum building and structure rear yard requirement, is reduced from 1.52 m (5 ft) to 0.91 m (3 ft), a difference of 0.61 m (2 ft);
