Development Variance Permit 2016-005

Council for the District of Sparwood will at the Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on August 15, 2016 consider Development Variance Permit 2016-005 for 102 SECOND AVENUE (LOT A DL 4589 KD PLAN NEP65387) & 101 FOURTH AVENUE (LOT 1 DL 4589 KD PLAN 14478 EXC PLAN NEP67213) as shown below to:

Vary Zoning Bylaw No. 264, 1981 to:

Vary Section 3.8.2.C.(i) to reduce the minimum side yard requirement from 3.05 metres (10 feet) to 0.0 metres (0 feet) on 102 Second Avenue (Lot A DL 4589 KD Plan NEP65387) for the purposes of constructing a breezeway; and
Vary Section 6.1.2.B.(i) to reduce the minimum side yard requirement from 1.52 metres (5 feet) to 0.0 metres (0 feet) on 101 Fourth Avenue (Lot 1 DL 4589 KD Plan 14478 Exc Plan NEP67213)  for the purposes of constructing a breezeway.

The above Variance and related staff reports and background information may be also be inspected at the Municipal Office, 136 Spruce Avenue, Sparwood, B.C., during regular office hours of 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. local time, Monday to Friday from August 3 – August 15, 2016.
