Council for the District of Sparwood will, at the Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on March 16, 2015 Council will consider Development Variance Permit 2014-005 for a portion of LOT 13 DL 4588 KD PLAN 1358 (100 INDUSTRIAL ROAD #1) as shown on Schedule A (and reverse of this notice) to:
a. Vary Section 3.A.(4) of the Subdivision Servicing Bylaw No. 591, 1994 to remove the additional Street lighting required to allow for construction of four proposed mobile home spaces as outlined in the application;
b. Vary Section 3.A.(8) of the Subdivision Servicing Bylaw No. 591, 1994 to remove the drainage system required in accordance with the standards set out in Schedule “E” to allow for construction of four proposed mobile home spaces as outlined in the application;
c. Vary Schedule “B” of the Subdivision Servicing Bylaw No. 591, 1994 to reduce the minimum pavement width for local roads is from 10.4 m to 5.8m. to allow for construction of four proposed mobile home spaces as outlined in the application;
