Council for the District of Sparwood will, at the Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on May 21, 2013, consider a resolution issuing a Development Variance Permit on Lot 4 Block 8 DL 4589 KD Plan 2419 (108 Tamarack Avenue) that would reduce the front yard minimum from 7.62 metres (25 feet) to 5.75 metres (18.83 feet), a difference of 1.87 metres (6.17 feet) to allow for a deck, as detailed in the application.
