Development Variance 2015-001 - Spardell MHP

NOTICE: This decision has been deferred until the August 17th, 2015 meeting. 

Council for the District of Sparwood will at the Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on July 20, 2015 Council consider Development Variance Permit 2015-001 for a portion of LOT 13 DL 4588 KD PLAN 1358, LOT 1 DL 4588 KDPL NEP64776 (100 INDUSTRIAL ROAD #1) and LOT 8 DL 4588 KD PLAN 1358 EXC PTS INCLUDED IN PLS 5015 6648 7056 8868 & NEP67765 (555 Michel Creek Rd) as shown on Schedule A to:

  1. Vary Section 3.A.(4) of the Subdivision Servicing Bylaw No. 591, 1994 to remove the additional Street lighting required to allow for construction of the proposed mobile home spaces as outlined in the application;
  2. Vary Section 3.A.(8) of the Subdivision Servicing Bylaw No. 591, 1994 to remove the drainage system required in accordance with the standards set out in Schedule “E” to allow for construction of the proposed mobile home spaces as outlined in the application;
  3. Vary Schedule “B” of the Subdivision Servicing Bylaw No. 591, 1994 to reduce the minimum pavement width for local roads is from 10.4 m to 5.8m. to allow for construction of the proposed mobile home spaces as outlined in the application;
