Vary Zoning Bylaw No. 264, 1984 to:
- Vary Section 3.2.2.B.(i) to reduce the required front yard setback to 6.35 metres (20.83 feet), a reduction of 1.27 metres (4.17 feet), for the purposes of a front entrance addition and a deck.
