NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Informal Hearing by the Council for the District of Sparwood will be held on
June 4, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the Community Hall (upstairs in the Leisure Centre), 367 Pine Avenue, Sparwood, to consider issuance of Development Variance Permit 2019-007 to vary Section 3.2.2.C.(i) of Zoning Bylaw No. 264, 1981 to decrease the minimum side yard for an accessory building from 1.52 m (5 ft) to 0.6 m (2 ft).

All persons who believe that their interest is affected by the proposed variance shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard in person, by a representative, or by written submission on the matters contained within DVP 2019-007 at the Informal Hearing.
