Council for the District of Sparwood will at the Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on June 19, 2017 will consider Development Variance Permit 2017-004 for 1200 Matevic Road (Lot 3 DL 8523 Kootenay District Plan 15783 PID 008-481-458) as shown on the reverse of this notice to:

Vary Zoning Bylaw No. 264, 1981 to:
1. Vary Section 9.1.2.B.(i) to Reduce the Side Yard Setback from 7.62 m (25 ft) to 2.13 m (7 ft) for an accessory building (Building A on the attached Schedule).
