Facilities available for recreation within the Sparwood area include:

  • Leisure Centre – The Henry Volkmann Memorial Leisure Centre includes an all season indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, two racquetball – wally ball and squash courts, physical fitness room child-play room climbing wall, weight training centre, arts room, children’s programs.

  • Figure Skating
  • Various sports fields and courts
