I have lived in the valley all of my life. I am married to Fraser McKie and we have three daughters, Christine (Marvin) Stolarchuk, Karla (Denis) Otting and Sharlene (Dan) Charest.  We have eight grandchildren, Drayson, Taylor, Eric, Jordi, Sage, Addison and twin boys Carter and Charlie. 

In my spare time I love walking, camping spending time with friends and family and my two shiztsus Molly and Puggy.

This will be my third term on council and I look forward to working with our new councillors and new Mayor Lois Halko.  I am passionate about Sparwood and enjoy being a part of going forward with new development and other projects that will benefit everyone.  One major development I was proud to be a part of is the new pedestrian walking bridge and CPR overpass.  It is truly breathtaking to walk and I encourage everyone if able to take in its beauty.

I will work hard for the benefit of the taxpayers and together with the other councillors will make well informed decisions.
