Join us for a Remembrance Day service and parade. Starting at the Senior Citizen's Drop-In Centre at 10:00 a.m. with the parade proceeding to the cenotaph at approximately 10:40 a.m.

Sleepy Hollow Halloween Pumpkin Walk

Mark your calendar and join us for a stroll in Lions Park. Enjoy the walk to see the carved pumpkins from witches to cats, the artful jack-o-lanterns represent the spirit of Halloween and spirit of the times.

Refrigeration Basic Safety Awareness Course

This one-day course is designed to provide basic knowledge of safe operation of Refrigeration Plants and emergency procedures to be followed by non-operating personnel. The seminars meet the criteria for the examination for the new "Refrigeration Basic Safety Awareness Certificate" by the Boiler and Pres sure Vessel Safety Program in the Province of B.C. as administered by the BC Safety Authority. The Great Pumpkin Hunt

Join the Sunset Ridge Ski Society for The Great Pumpkin Hunt. We will hide 100 pumpkins among the cross country ski trails and ski area for kids to find. Brought to you by the Sunset Ridge Ski Society, Overwaitea Foods, and East Kootenay Community Credit Union.

National Lifeguard Course

National Lifeguard Course Prerequisites: Minimum 16 years of age. Bronze Cross certification and Standard First Aid certification (need not be current). National Lifeguard is Canada’s only nationally recognized lifeguard certification program. National Lifeguard is a legal certificate for lifeguarding throughout the country. 100% Attendance Mandatory
