Development Variance Permit 2016-004

Council for the District of Sparwood will at the Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on August 15, 2016 consider Development Variance Permit 2016-004 for a portion of LOT 56 DL 4589 PLAN 6786 (448 White Birch Crescent) as shown below:

Vary Zoning Bylaw No. 264, 1981 for 448 White Birch Crescent to:

1. Vary Section 3.2.2.C.(i) to reduce the minimum side yard requirement from 1.52 metres (5 feet) to 0.91 metres (3 feet); and
2. Vary Section 3.2.2.E.(ii) to increase the maximum site coverage for accessory buildings and structures from 10% to 11.2%.
