Council for the District of Sparwood will at the Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on July 17, 2017 consider Development Variance Permit 2017-005 for 1236 Pinyon Road (Lot B DL 6251 Kootenay District Plan 14454 PID 008-930-295) as shown in the image below to:
Vary Zoning Bylaw No. 264, 1984 to:
- Vary Section 10.9.15 to permit a home occupation to discharge or emit vapour, odorous matter, and heat to the extent that they may be presented through a home-based meat drying operation.
- Vary Section 3.7.2.c.(i) to reduce the minimum side yard setback for an accessory building to 1.2 m (3.9’) to permit construction of a shed.
- Vary Section 3.7.2.c.(i) to reduce the minimum side yard setback for a structure, to 0.15 m (0.5’) to permit construction of a deck.
