Zoning Bylaw No. 264 Amendment Bylaw 1045, 2010 will rezone the east portion of Spardell Mobile Home Park from M-1 Light Industrial to R-MP Mobile Home Park. The area is currently used as a legal non-conforming mobile home park with 60 mobile homes, 7 houses and one light industrial building. This use is not expected to change as a result of this zoning amendment. |
